Über Deutsche Private Equity

Deutsche Private Equity (DPE) ist eine unabhängige deutsche, international aktive Beteiligungsgesellschaft, die in mittelständische Wachstumsunternehmen in Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz investiert. Als Partner unterstützen wir sie, ihr Wachstumspotenzial zu entfalten oder ihre Nachfolge zu sichern. Das tun wir mit Kapital, mit Erfahrung, mit Vertrauen und mit Respekt. DPE wurde 2007 von Marc Thiery und Volker Hichert in München gegründet und hat seitdem fünf Fonds erfolgreich aufgelegt. Insgesamt verwaltet DPE ein Vermögen von 3,0 Milliarden Euro.

Seit unserer Gründung haben wir in mehr als 40 Unternehmen sowohl als Mehrheits- als auch Minderheitseigner investiert, über 140 Add-on-Investitionen getätigt und rund 5.500 neue Arbeitsplätze geschaffen. Unsere aktiven Portfoliounternehmen beschäftigen derzeit knapp 11.000 Mitarbeitende. Wir sind stolz auf die Leistungen der Unternehmer, die wir als agiler Partner bei ihrer Expansion unterstützen. Jahr für Jahr steigt der Umsatz unseres Portfolios um 20 bis 25 Prozent.

Deutsche Private Equity (DPE) is an independent investment company that invests in medium-sized growth companies, primarily in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. With a partnership-based approach, we support our portfolio companies in realizing their future potential. We do this with capital, experience and respect for entrepreneurial action. We attach great importance to trust and sustainability.

DPE was founded in 2007 by Marc Thiery and Volker Hichert in Munich and has since successfully launched five funds. In total, DPE manages assets of around 3 billion euros.
